Shipping Policy
We ship within the USA and to select international locations. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but typically it takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders within the USA.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order in your account on our website.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@badalyanart.studio.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or return.
